Anonymous Reporting

Baylor University is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are expected. If you suspect a violation of Baylor's Code of Ethics has occurred, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management with your concerns. If this is not feasible, we encourage you to submit a report through this hotline.

Please be thorough in your report and include as many details as possible, including names, places, dates, and detailed descriptions.

Baylor prohibits retaliation. Please review the Whistleblower Policy for more information.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code. Write down the code and keep it in a safe place. Use the code to check your report for feedback or questions.

If you have remaining concerns, we encourage you to submit a new report through Mitratech at the link provided above.
