Anonymous Reporting FAQs
Include as much information as possible. It will be easier for the University to review and respond to your submission if it contains specific details like dates, times, locations, departments, documents, accounts, policies, names, activities, etc. You can also upload files relevant to your submission, such as Microsoft Office files, videos, pictures, and PDFs. If you would like to remain anonymous, avoid providing details that will identify you. Remember that you can log back into Mitratech Ethics Hotline and add more information to your submission at a later time.
Your submission is immediately made available to Baylor University you selected. The University may have questions or comments for you, so please be sure to log in and check the status of your submission on a regular basis. You may also set up automatic email notifications that will be sent to you when your report has been updated by a reviewer.
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a lost Report ID and/or password. If you do lose this information, please make a new report and reference the old one.
Mitratech Ethics Hotline is designed to protect your identity. Your identity will not be revealed by Mitratech Ethics Hotline to the University unless you include it with your submission.
